This reaches a real person. We aim to reply within a few working days.
Safety concerns
If you believe an activity on this site is unsafe as written, use this address. Please include the page address and your specific concern. We treat these as urgent, review the activity immediately, and will amend or remove it if you are right.
Corrections
If something here is wrong, tell us and we will fix it. Send the page address and what specifically is inaccurate to hello@kidoloo.com. We log every correction and update the page with a revised date rather than quietly editing it.

What we cannot help with
We are not medical, psychological or educational professionals, and we cannot give advice about an individual child. If you have a concern about your child’s development, health or behaviour, please speak to your doctor, health visitor or your child’s teacher.
