A tiny daily habit that builds into something genuinely interesting to look back at.

Ce qu’il vous faut

  • a notebook
  • pen
  • a thermometer if you have one

Comment faire

  1. Rule a page into columns: date, sky, wind, temperature, one word for how it felt.
  2. Every morning, look out of the window and fill in one row.
  3. Keep it to two minutes. This only works if it stays small.
  4. At the end of the month, count how many days were in each category.
  5. Draw a simple bar chart of the results.

Pourquoi c’est bon pour eux

Daily observation over weeks is how real data is gathered, and children rarely get to experience that. The monthly chart turns a pile of entries into a conclusion, which is the part that makes it feel worthwhile.
